Frederic plays a leading role in the oversight of Acacia’s portfolio companies and the firm’s deal execution and fundraising activities. With over 15 years in M&A and operational leadership, he works as mentor and adviser to leaders across the portfolio, together with collaboration on accretive M&A transactions and the effective integration of new acquisitions.
Prior to Acacia, Fred worked at Global Strategies Group, a US-focused buyout firm, where he played a leading role in the Group’s M&A strategy. He started his career as commercial litigation lawyer and is admitted to practice law in both Australia and England and Wales. Frederic has also been very active as a human rights lawyer and has served on the boards of a number of public and private companies and non-profit organizations. He graduated with an LLB and a Bachelor of Business (Finance) from the University of Technology, Sydney.
