Acacia Group company MajorKey Technologies has made a new acquisition that accelerates our strategy for the business as a full-service Digital Transformation company. The acquisition of the Valence Group boosts MajorKey's strategic consulting firepower and expands its ability to work with authority across the tech stack. It brings the MajorKey team to over 650 people.
Seattle-based Valence is a rapidly growing company working at the leading edge of transformational technologies, with strong consulting, user-centered design and engineering services. Its 90-strong team has deep expertise in high-demand capabilities, including Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning and data integration. The team is also skilled in practice areas like Augmented Reality and UX/UI design that are of growing significance to the Digital Transformation story in how they enable clients to create exceptional experiences for their customers.

MajorKey Technologies rebranded from Highmetric in May 2021 following the divestment of the company's highly successful ServiceNow division.
