The strategic move deepens Applied Insight's footprint in the national security community, enhances its data analysis and software development capabilities, and provides the Zavda team with wider opportunities for career advancement.
Zavda, a service-disabled veteran, economically disadvantaged, woman-owned company, has provided national security customers with advanced analytics, software development, and systems engineering services supporting the intelligence mission since 2006.
Applied Insight has mentored Zavda as a protégé since 2018. The teams also collaborated through a successful joint venture,Bravo Zulu Intelligence Solutions (BZis), to provide next-generation analytics and data visualization, infrastructure development and modernization, and anomaly detection capabilities.
This acquisition is the latest step in our strategy to build the most capable cloud-centric product and professional services business supporting the national security community.
