Isos Technology, a leading Atlassian consulting and solutions partner backed by The Acacia Group, has announced a planned evolution of its leadership structure. It will elevate Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), Ron Thompson, to the role of President, succeeding Isos founder Thad West, who will transition to Executive Chairman.
In this role, Thompson will assume full responsibility for the company’s executive and operational functions. With West remaining actively involved in shaping Isos’ long-term strategic direction, he will work closely with Thompson to guide the company through its next phase.
This leadership transition follows a process designed to support Isos’ continued growth and operational scale. It reflects the company’s commitment to scaling effectively while maintaining a strong focus on client success and innovation within the Atlassian ecosystem. It positions Isos to further strengthen its partnership with Atlassian, expand its consulting capabilities, and help clients navigate an increasingly complex and AI-driven technology landscape.
Thompson has played a key role in Isos’ expansion as CRO, strengthening its relationship with Atlassian and helping clients maximize the value of their technology investments. His appointment underscores Isos’ commitment to leadership continuity and domain expertise. With extensive experience across mature technology ecosystems, he brings both strategic insight and operational expertise to guide Isos through its next stage of growth. Under his leadership, the company will continue to prioritize a client-centric approach, emphasizing tailored solutions and consistently delivering a five-star client experience.
The existing executive team will remain in place and report to Thompson, providing continuity and alignment as the company moves forward. Thad West’s ongoing involvement ensures continuity of vision while enabling greater focus on strategic initiatives.
